My wife bought a Schwinn Comfort Bike Seat with a noseless saddle. It is an easy swap and she likes this better. We're able to swap it on and off easily depending on who's riding.

I’m going to attempt to link this directly from amazon, but if it doesn’t work look up the noseless saddle by Schwinn. I just lucked out that it took away all of the pain (the first few rides were still uncomfortable but bearable).

You could try a noseless saddle, like this one. Then there would be nothing to rub against.
