On amazon, the reviews say that the years represented range from the 1950's to the 1980's. The reviews for this album seem promising. The album you linked in also available on amazon with cheaper shipping. I'm just starting out with this hobby so I'm also in the market for a decent starter album and I'm leaning a little towards the 3 volume version. Let me know which one you decide on.
