I was having issues with UTIs. I got like 3 in the span of a few months. Some things that helped for me are taking D-Mannose on a regular basis…take it like daily at least until you stop having a problem. I also started doing serious probiotics. I bought this brand from Amazon.

I also started fermenting my own coconut milk with other probiotics to get really high yields of the probiotics (read super gut by William Davis) (in my blend I did the SIBO protocol probiotics, seed brand probiotic and L. Reuteri…the specific strains are in the book). I think you could probably culture yogurt with the Amazon probiotics as well…I was meaning to do that but my other blend was working pretty well on its own after some time and I stopped taking the Amazon probiotics…note that it took like a month or so for the probiotics to work…then the UTIs stopped
