I just happened to find two listings, one on Amazon and the other on Newegg however most of the information appears to support only 60hz and no adaptive-sync (Freesync nor Gsync).

The Amazon listing shows conflicting information of 60hz in the "Features and Details" yet the description shows 240hz: Due note that none of these appear to be sold by MSI or Amazon (I've also checked MSI' site for a different SKU of the Optix MAG products but only the one debuted for gaming of 240hz at CES 2020 rivaled to the Asus XG17 Portable Gaming Monitor at 240hz.

I'm going to contact both sellers to confirm if it is indeed 60hz or 240hz and that if it provides the adaptive-sync support.
