I never thought I’d acquire so many different pump accessories to try to increase my supply. I’ve spent a small fortune on pump accessories. Here’s what’s still in the rotation 3 months in:

  • Lactech baby motion flanges. They are silicone so they are comfortable and I saw a slight increase once I started using them.
  • coconut oil as flange lube or olive oil in a mini spray bottle.
  • These adapters to allow me to use Medela parts with my Spectra pump. I’d acquired so many different parts having the flex to use any with my Spectra saves me from washing constantly.
  • Playtex silicone pods. I pump directly into these and store them to use with the Playtex Nurser bottles. I only pump about 18oz a day so I dont have enough to freeze, these just go from pump to fridge to bottle.

I’ve tried just about everything and for me, these have worked out the best. Shout out to the Legendairy silicone cups . They’re super comfy and make pumping manageable when company is around. I needed a smaller flange size then what they make so the Beaugen cushions help to downsize the 24 flange.
