Some of the things my T1 friend has used for pump sites and CGM sites as adhesives change and things are sticking:

Alcohol wipe,

IV prep wipes: https://www.amazon.com/5459421200BX-Prep-Antiseptic-Wipes-count/dp/B007AZ3A9Q/

Skin Tac wipes: https://www.amazon.com/Torbot-Adhesive-Barrier-Latex-free-Hypo-allergenic/dp/B00JWSDHJC

Tagaerm (can cut to size, put below or over sites): https://www.amazon.com/3M-Tegaderm-1624W-Transparent-Dressing/dp/B001PLYV5I/

Sometimes she gets a weird batch and calls the company and they will send replacements too.

All part of that permanent part time job called T1.

I have the weekly patches and the only way I can get my patches to stay on is by using Tegaderm. I work out 6-7 days a week and sweat a lot. I haven't been swimming yet. I've had great luck with the Tegaderm. I'm truly amazed at the staying power. If there is leftover adhesive on my skin, I use adhesive remover wipes. I do plan on checking out the other suggestions here. I'm just grateful I can get the patches to stay on with this easy fix because I prefer the patches over the pill form.

Virtual hugs and wishes that you find something that will work for you.

I use the 3M tegaderm transparent patches, which are used at hospitals to keep IV shunts and medical devices secured to the skin. They are waterproof and last many days--I've never had to replace one in any 10 day period. Amazon has them for around $30/100 pack.
