This one works okay for me (GreenLaw iPad Mini 6 2021 Case with Keyboard, Magnetic Detachable) — functionally a folio keyboard if that's what you want, but the iPad/back shell can be undocked and flipped front-to-back so you can use it as a landscape orientation stand, or just hold the iPad minus the keyboard.

I used the Mini 5 version of the Snugg keyboard case previously, this is the iPad mini 6 version: iPad remains docked at all times, but the hinge is rotatable so you can still use it as a stand/folded-back folio cover.

Fold-out larger keyboards that attach to a folio seem to be sadly absent: my current solution is a MIPOW folding keyboard and a folio case. (Get one with an external pocket for the keyboard, if possible.)
