Well, in my opinion a just over $200 graphics card will add just over $300-$450 in value.

Otherwise it's a notch better than a $160-$170 mini-PC like this:

For well below $200 you can buy a brand new mini PC with a 12th-13th Gen Intel CPU with comparable performance, 500GB SSD and 16GB RAM which is also Windows 11 ready.

With an i5-6500 it's a bad choice for office PCs as Windows 10 will reach it's EOL in 2025 making it a big liability.
