There's this one from Amazon I would recommend the most, it's the closest to what we used in my mechatronics class, comes with a servo and a DC motor as well as a few projects. There's also this one straight from arduino since you said Amazon doesn't deliver to where you are, it has slightly fewer components like there's no servos or motors but it does come with an LCD screen and a 130 page instructional book.
