I love the Samsung Rugged case with kickstand. It is FANTASTIC. I also really like Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra Book Cover... I also use a bluetooth backlit keyboard. I settled on the iClever BK04 Wireless Keyboard with LED Backlight.

This keyboard is really fantastic. The only caveat is that it's a little narrower than the Ultra. BUT, it makes up for that with it being backlit (in many different colors) and it ATTACHES magnetically to the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra Book Cover when in use! It also allows for the tablet to have unlimited display angles because it acts like a ridge to keep the tablet in place wherever you want it! Fantastic! Plus, it has a USB-C charging port and connects via Bluetooth, so no dongle needed. Highly recommend!

I've tried on the S7+ (S8+ is exactly the same size, so this still applies):
Tucano Protective Hard Case - Sent back. No magnetic clasp to keep case closed. It was decent, but no auto sleep function when closed either. No pen holder. The drab gray color was ugly too... Worst of all of them.
Poetic TurtleSkin - This is a good case, but no kickstand, and the back is loose on the back so it kind of flaps around. The edges are really thick around the tablet too. Good pen holder. Sent it back.
Spigen Rugged Armor Pro - This is a good case, but I couldn't get it to work with a Tempered Glass Screen Protector. It would pop the sides of the protector off. I liked everything else about it. Only in black. Sent it back.
Poetic Explorer Series - Love the Navy blue, match for my tablet. The folding kickstand is garbage. Not a fan of the plastic click in bezel protector. Flap protects pen when closed up. Bought it off eBay like new for $12 shipped, so I'm stuck with it, put it back in box and will never use it.
UAG METROPOLIS - This would be the best case, if it weren't for the magnets for the clasp that are on the INSIDE of the case and interfere with the S-Pen when using. It's such a ridiculously bad mistake by UAG it's comical. I tried to put aluminum tape over the magnets, but it didn't stop the interference. So... As I just mentioned the UAG METROPOLIS case is great, but those magnets are the most ill-concieved design of any case I've ever seen... Just ridiculously and comically bad on UAG's part. I was able to pick one up on ebay, new for $25 shipped. I pried the magnets out with a knife by peeling back the black tape that's on top and taking them out. Then I applied velcro black tape on the inside of the fold over tab and the back on the case. Now, the case works perfectly without any magnetic interference on the S-Pen...
Nick hack!
Check out JabberTech's video on the case to see how great it is, just keep in mind that you'll have to do a similar hack to mine to have it function normally... But once it's done it's a winner...
Got the Samsung keyboard case for $129... Saw a lot of positive reviews on YouTube and was excited to get one... I was let down. Overrated... The pen flap and magnets are its only redeeming qualities... Sent it back. The trackpad for me was not great, and with the keyboard not being backlit was another strike against it... The third strike was the fit. The tablet is flush in some places and sticks out offering zero side protection. The magnets were fine, but I found the back panel slid around a bit too much. Plus, it's only in one color, which lame. I expected it to be much more and was very disappointed.
I ended up getting the Samsung Book Case in Mystic Navy (matches the device) and it's slim design and magnets fit and hold much better than the Keyboard Case. Maybe because it's way lighter. The panels feel nicer and the panels are thin metal covered by a much nicer PU...
I then got a very nice HoneyComb Blue full wrap skin from M2Skins on Esty:
