It works. Just that it came with a ugly big power brick. Otherwise the device is reasonably sleek. I plan replace the device ugly powerbrick with a usb c charger instead.

My nvme drive now can reach 800 MB/S write speed, up from 350Mb before this. Will find another shorter cable and see if it can reach 1 GB/sec.
