I'm on my second set. Triangular forms tend to work the best in my experience. It's hard to say size without knowing your body, but I got these both times, 1000g/pair, so 500g each. They don't fit quite as well with my HRT growth, but they still fill things out nicely as what I've got just doesn't yet.

Take care of them, they'll last a few years.
