The last "ultimate collection" was Seekers of Adoulin, and was only available as a physical copy for XB360 for $200 USD.

If you only had a 30, just make a new account. You can buy this while its on sale so you have everything you need (all xpacs + abyssea + the three scenarios). This would also give you a free month and have all of the files ready for download/install. Definitely your best option imo.
