For the dash and other plastic trim, I've heard 303 Automotive Protectant is good. I have some but haven't used it yet.

For the leather seats, I would just wipe with a damp cloth, or use a damp cloth in combo with a soap made for leather such as Sorel Cleaner.
Try 303 Protectant— it’s similar to sprays like armor all, but with an almost matte finish.

Also, if it’s not already installed, the Airplay/CarPlay kit is a must-have.
I've had a couple of service people tell me the same thing - lubricate both the track and the panels themselves. I use a mixture of two things in mine and it's never had issues:

Use gloves and try not to breathe it. I try to be sure and spray it inwards at the seams/edges.
