I have an HD60 and I use this splitter

Description says: WILL NOT BYPASS HDCP SIGNAL. Looks like it just ignores it. Gamecapture software first says it has HDCP and then it just works.

I hope this helps

I searched and found this powered splitter

1x2 HDMI Splitter by OREI - 1 Port to 2 HDMI Display - Powered Splitter Ver 1.3 Certified for Full HD 1080P & 3D Support (One Input To Two Outputs) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005HXFARS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_9mg2CbVA3WRHN

The problem is it says for under 30 ft and for my tv to connect I’d need a cable that’s 59 ft. Do any powered splitters support that?

I use one of these to strip HDCP for recording/streaming with PSTV:

I personally use this model with my ElGato HD60, it works just fine: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005HXFARS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1.

I don't believe there's a way to turn off HDCP on the Vita, so you'll need an active splitter that strips the HDCP from the signal. This one works for me: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005HXFARS/

Best of luck!

Need to clarify this, a splitter that is not 1.4 or above compliant. I have a splitter that passes on the hdcp and one that does not. This is the one I have that works:

Consumer gear will usually call a HDMI DA a splitter. HDMI DA's are very common in event and install work.

Professional HDMI DA: https://www.extron.com/product/dahd4kseries

Honestly I’m not sure if this is any cheaper for you than the other suggested one in this topic, but this one: https://www.amazon.com/HD-102-Powered-Splitter-Certified-Support/dp/B005HXFARS, I was guided to by a YouTube instructional video and it’s worked for me to record PS3 just fine.
