Well in 2013 I started to get into nail polish! Removed my acrylics and am aaaaaalmost finished healing(damn thumbs are lagging, but that should be done with in maybe a month or so I hope) and my nails are longer than they've been in my entire life(while natural, not counting acrylics). I'm not sure which PART of 2013 was my favorite, there was some good stuff but I didn't really get a picture of any of it! My kitty did turn 1 this year though, here's a pic of her being adorable(this is from right now) and here is one from her actual birthday(or around that time)
As for polish, I'm trying to find things that ship at a fairly decent price and this seems cute, though I don't know this brand so I have no idea if they're any good. There's also this which isn't on etsy or amazon but requires no shipping since I can just drive 15 minutes and go get it myself(there are also customs for like 12$ which is more awesome but probably too expensive) and I did find this on amazon, that shop(BeautyJoint) seems to ship here since someone I know ordered a bunch of stuff from there and it arrived just fine.
Personally I think an overlooked summer polish is China Glaze Too Yacht to Handle it's the perfect teal color and absolutely beautiful LOOK SO PRETTY!!! we both need this!!!! Thanks for hosting! :)
Well as for 12$ shipped, the only ones I could find is This OPI and these Lime Crime polishes.
Also here's a silly kitty gif, and here's a bunch of corgi puppies since they're freaking adorable.
As for good things, today's my birthday and while there's not much I can do since most people I know don't own a car and it's raining(not to mention on Fridays here all public transportation doesn't work after like 2PM) but at least I'm going to eat lots of really yummy food, might stall the weight loss for a few days but once I go back to eating normally and exercising once the weekend is over the problem should be fixed lol. And silly things that bummed me out, yesterday I got home from classes and my mom was cooking and baking a lot of stuff, I asked what for and she said for the "big day tomorrow". By big day she didn't mean my birthday, she meant my brother coming home to visit(just like he does every week). Was working hard on making all his favorite foods, cakes for him, and then she even said "oh, your birthday is tomorrow, I guess you can have a slice". Not that I needed her to make a bunch of food and cakes and shit but it doesn't feel that nice. Maybe I'm being petty but meh.
EDIT: just realized the lime crimes are 14$ shipped, so I'm guessing these would work: 1, 2, 3. There are a lot of kleancolor polishes on that shop too, never tried that brand. Maybe I'll order a few since they're less than 2$ each.
