I used these UFQ Anr headset for flight training. Anr for under $300 is a great training headset! My only complaint with them was the led light showing when they're on was too dim to see in the daylight. So always carry an extra set of batteries for when you forget to turn them off!

I now have a set of David Clark's One X (for the Bluetooth connection, mostly). They aren't any quieter than the UFQ, but are slightly more comfortable for 2+ hour trips.
