It's all subjective of course, I agree with what everyone else says, scorpions taste the best to me. Ghosts are quite bitter but have really nice heat. I've been really enjoying Bertie's scorpion sauce:

Unfortunately it's quite expensive. My local supermarket (florida) has it for like $5 :/

Other good scorpion sauces include Tabasco Scorpion (really surprised by this one) and Matouk's scorpion.
