These work great for me

I’ve tried the over-ear loop ones, they usually bounce around and end up coming off my ear when jogging. I’ve tried other shapes and sizes of earbuds, but they didn’t really seem to help.

I use these silicone earbud covers now, and despite my ears getting sweaty I’ve never had a problem with them coming out or slipping around. You can find lots of options for around $5-10. This style/shape is the only thing that’s worked for me so far.
