What tubing/piping are you going to use? I suggest 1/4 outside diameter reverse osmosis tubing, and a couple variety packs of the push in quick connectors for that tubing. The Tubing should be blue or black to keep light out. Darker is better to keep light out. You will need valves, splitters, bulkheads, check valves, and some basic connectors. This is also the type of connector your pressure gauge uses and pressure switch uses.

Teflon tape is basically a requirement for preventing leaks where you connect to anything using screw threads.

How are you going to connect those mist heads? Also I don't have personal experience with brass, but I stayed away from brass pieces due to some people reporting corrosion from the nutrient water.

You also need to think about how you will connect your tank and what connector pieces you need for that. You tank should probably be rated to at least 20psi higher than you plan to use it at. Mine is rated for 120psi and it's regularly at 100psi. Pretty much everything in my system is rated for at least 120psi.

That pump and transformer is super expensive on that listing, and you can probably find it on Amazon for less.

You should probably pick up a few filters that go in front of your pump, and potentially before the misters.
