Couple of recommendations, depending on your preferences:
Nemo's War - Not a quick setup, but I find it pretty neat. Great theming. It's kind of a "Push Your Luck" Adventure game, but with lots of moving pieces, upgrades, and heavy risk mitigation.
Cthulhu: Death May Die - Really fun dice-chucking "light dungeon crawler". Mix-and-match scenarios with boss monsters create some great variability, and most of the characters have some unique aspect that will affect how you play the scenario. Each game is basically the final "Act 3" fight of an action horror movie, so it ramps up in excitement quick, and ends with a bang.
Flash Point Fire Rescue - Similar to Pandemic, but using dice instead of cards. I find this on the lighter side, but still is pretty fun. Since it's so cheap, try to buy an expansion or two for more maps and classes.
Street Masters - Another big "mix-and-match" game for lots of variability. This is basically a board game version of the old "Street Fighter"-esque arcade games. Fun mechanics and characters. I would recommend having BGG handy, though, as some of the card interactions aren't the most...intuitive at first.
Hope that helps! Congratulations! For my stag party I had a game night of Castle Ravenloft with my dad and my brother. Pretty light dungeon crawler, but I have a lot of really treasured memories as a result.
