Bird kabobs, seagrass mats, vine balls, and shredded paper (inside toys) are my bird's favorites. Other than that, cardboard, finger traps, vine chains/stars/other shapes, sola wood, and palm flowers are also great toys.
There's also packs of toys like this finger trap one and this, but they have potentially unsafe hangers. In my experience, I would stay away from harder woods like pine and balsa because cockatiels have weaker beaks, so they're more drawn to softer, more shreddable objects.

From Amazon, these are some great perches, very pretty and long, especially for the price. These are a nice smaller set of perches that my budgies like. They have nice packs of toys for fairly cheap like these that my birds enjoy, although it's also good to have some bigger toys like this and this. Seagrass mats are also pretty amazing. It's both a perch AND a toy.
For bird toys you should focus more on softer, chewable things like sola, yucca, loofah, wicker balls, seagrass rope/mats/bowls, palm flowers, shredded paper, cardboard, things like that.
Highly recommend bird kabobs, all the birds I have go crazy for them. Other than that, this is a fun toy my birds spent a lot of time destroying, my birds love seagrass mats, and whatever this toy is (my budgies love picking the things out of the basket)
