The extender is just a generic cable but it does it's job. the dongle is one off the Haritora's user manual for troubleshooting to confirm it works with the device.
Reminder to disable your PC's built in bluetooth adapter if it has one before setting up the dongle otherwise you'll have to re-enable them and do it right the next time
To be honest we've never tried to use it with a monitor, but it may work. The Miracast is just a HDMI dongle. It has a USB cable for power, so you'll either need a USB port on your monitor, or to be able to plug it into the back of your PC, or you'll also need a USB extension cable like at this Amazon link.
I use a regular Samsung charging cable and attach a USB extender, it still fast charges and I have no issues. I love these usb extenders because I can use it with any cable I want, I use about 4 different usb extenders in total for my ps4, computer and phone.
