I bought the zip ups from Amazon, and they were a little hard to use. The zipper kept getting caught. I also had a bra that had hooks in the front, but frankly, they were a total pain and expensive. So I ended up buying a sports bra, one size up than I usually wear, which had plenty of room for the dressing. Creative Woman or The Wizard of Bras in Monrovia. Call first to see if they do fittings for breast cancer patients. Some of their fitters are nice, some have just been in it too long and are tired. But they do know how to measure and fit.
To get through radiation therapy, I just wore cotton (no spandex) camisoles purchased off Amazon. They were light enough to just take off and put on the hospital gown. I also wore a big tunic shirt with buttons down the front and leggings. All easy to change in and out of. Look at Beach Lunch Lounge. They have great tunics. You might even look them up on ThredUp and Ebay if you want to pay less for gently used.
