I haven’t used it, but AT is a reputable company. And if the outlet sucked you would see complaints. I would pick up a refurb and toss the rest of your budget at getting the best speakers you can. Like https://www.amazon.com/Klipsch-R-51PM-Powered-Bluetooth-Speaker/dp/B07FKCP7PZ while they are on sale Or do you already have an amp?
The base T1 does not include a pre-amp like your LP60x does. You will need to go up to the T1 Phono for a built-in (or buy an external)
I would agree with laxar2 that something like the Klipsch R-51pm on sale for 299 would probably give you more bang. And the R-51pm includes a phono stage preamp so if you want to upgrade your TT later you dont have to worry about it.

Or new R-51PM $299!
You need an amp with those speakers. The amplified version of those speaker is the Klipsch R-51PM which are $300. You could buy an 60WPC amp for less than the difference. Possibly, but maybe not as good. Or you could spend more or similar for something as good or better. These are the powered speakers.

Wireless is not preferred for turntable. I would say it's not preferred. Turntables aren't portable, so there are no inherent advantage to wireless connection. There are only inherent disadvantages. These speakers aren't wireless. They are wired as most speakers are. Speaker cables aren't commonly included with speakers. The don't include them because many people will reuse their old cables and they don't know how long the cables need to be. Every application will differ.
The older Fluance RT81 is not worth buying anymore since the newer improved RT82 adds the new optical sensor speed controlled motor for much lower wow and flutter and speed variation and the speed won't drift since the sensor is monitoring the speed 400 times a second. Pass on the RT83 since the cartridge is not any better.
Spend your budget on the best speakers you can get, a subwoofer can be added later.
5.25" Klipsch R-51PM are a size larger than the 4" R-41PM and also have a built in phono preamp to start with for the RT82.
