Quick How-To:
-Removed all rubber surrounds and covers from the headlights.
-Baked open the Amazon headlights at 250F degrees for 7 minutes and pulled them apart (using gloves). There were 4 screws to remove from the housings.
-Started by painting the low beam reflectors (this step is optional).
-Removed the headlight bulb holders and mounted the projectors using the 9006 adapter.
-No dremeling was needed with these projectors as they use a much thinner shaft than HID projectors.
-Wired them up using the connectors I purchased, and test fit them on the car to do the alignment (make sure they are horizontally even).
-Once they were aligned, I added the retrorubber sealant to the housings, pushed the lenses back on, and baked them again for 7 minutes at the same temperature.
-Pushed them back together and made sure all clips were aligned and screws tightened back down.
-Mount back on the car and do final alignment.
Parts list I used for the projector retrofit (not sponsored or anything funky, just providing so other people can copy my homework if they want):
Headlight Housings
LED Projectors
Headlight Sealant (RetroRubber)
Headlight Connectors (to connect with stock wiring)
Headlight Splitter (if you want to run stock high beams + Projector high beams)
