In the Egoscue method, posture changes as muscles are shifting the bones. That means the direction of pull and the amount of pull being exerted by various muscles is changing. Also some are pulling harder than before and others may be being stretched a bit to hold the changing position. So, there can be various sensations as a result of that. The Egoscue method is a non-meditation posture alignment system, by the way.
