If you see t-568a or t-568b it doesnt matter which one you use, as long as you use it on both ends of the cables.
Or, you can buy the cables premade, just purchase rj45 cables in the lengths you need.
Technically if it's outdoor rated you don't need conduit. The outer casing is supposed to be UV protected and can be buried, as well. I just bought the 150ft roll of this to run out to my shed. I bought a cheap crimp tool and cut one end off, ran it though the floor and up in to the shed and crimped a new end on it to plug into an AP. If you can, spend a little more on the crimp tool and maybe get a passthrough type so you can make sure the wires aren't crossed before you crimp.
