They’re adjustable (& reversible) & feel great on your head when you have it nice & snug, & I even sleep in them sometimes! I know some ppl seem to show them being used w/the adjustable Velcro part placed at the top of your head, but I place/use them the opposite way, w/that part the back of my head, secured under my hair in back.
