They are actually landscaping lights. What you want to look for is 12v bipin MR16 (or 11 or 20 based on size you want) colored LED lights, like this which are also dimmable:

What I did was drill out the center of the original headlights and glued the new bulbs inside of them so it would still mount inside the headlight socket. Then just soldered the wires to them :)
