The best mouse I've found is the Logitech m557. It's bluetooth, it's minimal, it's got the right, left, and center click scroll wheel, and it's cheap: https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Bluetooth-Mouse-Windows-Tablets/dp/B00JUHDYSO
I looked into MMO mice for editing, but I just could not get around the fact that they're huge and that they are wired.
As for keyboards, I've found that the original Mac Bluetooth keyboard is probably the best keyboard ever made. It's small, has great travel, and uses AA batteries (I never got the point of built in batteries - at some point they die, while external batteries never will, the buttons will die before you run out of batteries).
Or get something like this instead (it's $15): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005ONMDYE
Basically it's the same as an Apple Mac keyboard, it's just made of plastic. It also has great connectivity via bluetooth. There's also a version for Windows...
I've looked at everything in terms of hardware for editing - from shuttles, to loupdecks, pads, to mice with 20 buttons, and nothing can replace simple hardware that gets the job done.
I always fall back on a simple theory - if you gave Jimi Hendrix a $100 guitar and you gave me a $5000 Gibson, who would make better music?
The hardware should be silent and seamless - more expensive or more extravagant hardware won't make you a better editor.
