I'd like to see an employer cover the cost of a scale... or just provide one, but every employer is different. All you need to know is "how much did the jug weigh" and "how much does the jug weigh now." Avoid bluetooth, unnecessary features, wireless readout, or any other nonsense that doesn't actually improve your ability to read weight. This scale is fine. Take care of it, don't throw it around, don't drop heavy things on it, and don't try to weight yourself. This is all you need. This will serve you for years.
