You could either buy the cable, which is a bit pricey. Or you could get the cable like you posted, you can get cheaper $15 cables though (not big name brand like Roland).
Then use the No Cable v3 launcher.

No offense to anyone suggesting to spend $150+ for a USB audio interface is a bit much just to play a game you bought on sale for $9.
IF you want to go cheap, try the No Cable launcher with the 1/4" cable you get off Amazon. Or splurge for the Realtone.
Only issue I saw with people using the No Cable v3 was just that the mic sensitivity was too high and had to lower it down a bit, but to each their own. Some people had more issues than others. But ideally any 1/4" to USB adapter should work with the launcher.
