my family has used kbbq grill pans my whole life and never had issue with them peeling or rusting. how you care for them is really important. don't put them in the dishwasher!

with that said these are my recommendations:

1. this is the one that i have currently. i've had it for like 3-4 years and it works amazing. none of the nonstick has come off and its super easy to clean. i love this because you can add egg or cheese corn or whatever on the perimeter.
2. i had this one for maybe 10 years before i got the one before. its super basic and it works. same diff. i still have it as a back up pan. its also great to make like fried rice or other things.
3. this kindis was super popular in the 2000s. my family never had this kind but its still super popular.
