I got a PrimeCom.Tech Level 2 EV charger from Amazon. Hasn't given me any problems so far -- I mounted it to the wall, plugged it into a 220V appliance outlet, and it charges my Clarity in a little over 2 hours. You can also get a longer cord if you want to leave the charger inside the garage but charge your Clarity outside.
Two things I like about the PrimeCom charger is that they have different versions available for whatever existing outlets you may have, and you can manually change the amperage to what's appropriate for you; I have a 30 Amp outlet, and you're not supposed to have a sustained draw more than 80%, so I set it to 24 Amps and everything's great.
If you want another option, my cousin got the Splitvolt EV Charger and recommends it. The only problem is that the cord from the charger to the Clarity is relatively short (about 16' or so), which means you can't really run it outside.
