I use this when I go car camping and it works great. The sleeping bag itself (without heat) isn't the warmest and honestly seems like a cheap bag with heating wire elements inside but this paired with just a wool blanket keeps me plenty warm and sometimes so warm I sweat inside the bag. I have a dual battery setup in my car with tons of reserve power so I don't know how long it will last plugged into a power bank or a jackery but I couldn't imagine it uses that much power. I don't use it often so I'm not sure of the longevity but I'm always careful rolling it up so I don't pinch the wires. In regards to cleaning the sleeping bag I just wipe it down and spray it with Lysol before letting it air dry. I always try to clean myself before crawling inside it in an attempt to keep the dirt out since I'm scared to wash it by submerging it in water. I wouldn't use this if your life depended on it in super low weather or if you're someone who wants a lightweight hiking setup but if you're car camping once or twice a year or don't mind bringing additional blankets & gear then this is a very warm bag that works for me.
