Ok awesome.
That chain wont work. Its for BMX bikes the links are WAY to small
Heres something along the lines of what you need: http://www.amazon.com/KMC-Z410-Bicycle-1-Speed-8-Inch/dp/B000AO5NI0/ref=sr_1_2?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1349311280&sr=1-2&keywords=fixed+gear+chain
Those pedals are fine. My roomate just picked up these: http://www.statebicycle.com/product_p/pedals.htm They seem like there pretty nice for being as inexpensive as they are.
That tape is cool there's cheaper options but if thats the look your going for you can't go wrong. Plan ahead when putting bar tape on make sure to wrap in the same direction on both sides.
I have an origin 8 seat on my converstion works great but the one your looking at looks cheapish irl. When your sitting on it you can't see it so theres that to consider...
Those bar WILL not work. You need a different stem/clamp. Yours is a fixed size aka only bars without that bump in the clamp area will work. You might be able to stretch it out enough to fit these: http://www.amazon.com/Origin8-BullHorn-Handlebar-40cm-Black/dp/B002I7ICK8/ref=sr_1_1?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1349311699&sr=1-1&keywords=bullhorn+handlebars Or you could save some money and cut the bars that are on there, its what I did with my first bike: http://imgur.com/Rh3nY Measure twice cut once itll fuck you up if theyre woberdy job.
I don't think that crank will work... I could be wrong. But the main point here is you can use the one on the bike already. I guarantee its better quality. Cranks are somewhere you don't wanna cut corners as the amount of stress that take is insane. So save money on that an buy some wheels. Here's a starting point: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Brand-New-Weinmann-Deep-V-Black-36-Hole-Track-Fixed-Gear-Wheels-Wheelset-Formula-/270944509735?pt=Cycling_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f158d1f27 Best wheel you can buy? hell no but I've had some weinmanns on my Schwinn for 4ish years and they are still true and they've taken some HARD hits.
Hope this helps a bunch. I'm sure someone will disagree with me but its butter.
