As a certified plumber I highly advise against using those. It looks like you are on slab so unless your willing to jack hammer up the concert around the flange and peel out the lead joint out of the cast iron, I would use the oatey spacers https://www.amazon.com/Oatey-43519-Flange-4-Inch-Black/dp/B000BO5A5A/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=3KGUCPW5ABMKW&keywords=oatey+toilet+flange+spacer&qid=1683159799&sprefix=oatey+toilet+flange+space%2Caps%2C305&sr=8-3
With being on concert you'll need a hammer drill and some mansory drill bits to properly secure the spacers after you silicone them together and measure an equal distance from the finished walls for your flange bolts. Nothing beats a wax seal 👌 those "better than wax" seals are garbage and will fail prematurely. You can Dm me if you have any questions Happy plumbing!
