In that case, your best bet is going to be something like what Capt_TopGun mentioned below. It needs to be a transmitter to be able to push the audio over bluetooth.
I don't have any personal experience with these devices so unfortunately I can't make a good recommendation but to point you in the right direction, this one has good reviews and is both a transmitter and receiver. Ideally, you could have it constantly plugged into power so it doesn't die on you.
Also, for any of these devices, you want to check to make sure your TV has a headphones port, an AUX out port, or RCA. If it only has RCA, you need to make sure whichever one you buy comes with a 3.5mm-RCA adapter (the one I linked to above comes with one), otherwise you will want to buy one seperately.
Is this any good? I don't want lag.
What I did was buy a transmitter with Bluetooth 5.0 from Amazon like the one below and connect it to the center console auxilary. There is no noticeable lag and the audio comes in louder too
Zune's USB doesn't output audio, nor does it let you browse the file system. Or at least, it won't without the Zune software on PC, which means car stereos won't detect it.
Your best bet is maybe some kind of headphone jack to Bluetooth adapter like these

Best seller on Amazon. Give it a try and let us know how it works out. https://www.amazon.com/TaoTronics-Bluetooth-Transmitter-Receiver-Simultaneously/dp/B01EHSX28M/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=bluetooth+transmitter&qid=1612769106&sr=8-5
Thanks for the reply. The one I tried was also a TaoTronics model (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EHSX28M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) but I returned it when I couldn't get it to work. Since I also ordered the headphones at the same time, I'm assuming they weren't connected to anything else, but I had no luck making them work.
This could work:
TaoTronics Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter and Receiver, 2-in-1 Wireless 3.5mm Adapter (aptX Low Latency, 2 Devices Simultaneously, For TV/Home Sound System) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EHSX28M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_UBufEbF3F8YRY
However, be aware that Bluetooth compresses the stream. You aren't going to get CD quality playback with that transmitter. I've used it for around the house stuff but you can definitely hear the difference
Be aware that Bluetooth has different codecs. The more current tech is less lossy. I think the newest is aptX-HD and sounds almost lossless but there is still a ton of lower quality SBC devices around. A ton of iPhones use SBC.
BTW, The latency thing is sort of dealt with. Devices speaking aptX-LL Bluetooth are low latency. But youd need to find both headphones and a transmitter that support aptX-LL.
Honestly, wired is hard to beat for mixing. No batteries, no compression, just volts flowing across copper.
Poyy
I've been using this for over 2 years: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EHSX28M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Range is excellent. Battery life is upwards of 10 hours.
You need a low latency device, like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01EHSX28M/ref=psdcmw_10110414011_t1_B00P24XKS8
Note that it's Bluetooth 4.1 and advertised as low latency.
