Same! I use pretty much the same thing, different brand. It's heavier than you'd expect and storing it is a pain (did your styrofoam and box fall apart?) but honestly, when packaging big orders, it's a lifesaver.

ETA: the only thing to be aware of is that different bags will react to the heat differently. I've had some cheap bags melt instantly, making a huge mess; some that melt, but hold a seal; and then my holy grail bags, these tall ones from NY Cake. They seal without melting, and depending on the height of the cookie, I can frequently cut them just above the seal, seal the top and bottom of the remainder, and get a second cookie bag out of it. (I live in NY and pick them up in person, though, so I can't speak to their shipping.)
