This is the LCD and the controller that connects to the LCD and gives you your video inputs:https://www.amazon.com/VSDISPLAY-LTA149B780F-Controller-M-NT68676-Raspberry/dp/B07QGBL568

I've already dug around on ebay and aliexpress. You can piecemeal it from china and save like 15 bucks but IMO it's not worth the risk. Also if you're doing this for an arcade1up, for $40 more you get an entire kit including the bracket, mounting hardware, power supply and microHDMI cable you'd need for a Pi, and have matching artwork. To me this was the best deal as it's purpose-built for what I need it to do. Also I couldn't piecemeal the bracket for any reasonable price let alone the artwork https://arcademodup.com/product/arcade1up-lcd-digital-marquee-mount/

One of the cabinet/mod websites had an Atgames compatible mount that worked with this. I'm not sure how well it plugs and plays, like the Bitpixel does. I don't think there's any money saved when you're all said and done. It probably would work better if you replace the ALU innards with a PC
