I don't recommend that joystick. It is generally disliked, there are many discussions about it. Even with the microswitches, it's still a poor quality joystick.

This may sound kinda kooky, but have you thought of maybe a fighter stick (arcade controller)? I'm sure there's some software out there that can map stick movements to act like a mouse and then the big joystick handle and large buttons should be good with limited movement.
