"Pic" is just a shortcut button for the "Picture" settings on many remotes that can be toggled to each Picture setting preset. You can set the presets, so for SDR films, I might set Picture setting to a preset like "Calibrated," or "Calibrated Dark", and adjust it to how looks best. This would look crappy for HDR, so I set that one to the "Bright" preset and adjust it to how it looks best for HDR. Then, I can just hit the Pic button a bunch of times until it lands on a preset I arranged.

Your remote is new/one of the new ones. But over the wheel are two buttons that look like they could be used for such things. Is the "one, two, three" how you change Input, and the almost-Cast icon "Pic", maybe?
