I believe that our last specialty shop has closed. We had two back in the day but I haven't seen anything from them in years. If it helps, for my last baby I wore regular nursing camisoles or bras and then slid this on when pumping at work. It was pretty easy to flip down my nursing bra and hook this on. I didn't use the straps.

Something to set them in that you can easily move around the house. We did the vibrating Fisher Price chairs but a lot of people also like the rock n plays. Babies don't like being left on the ground but you have to be able to set one down to deal with the other one.
For nursing a good pillow is important but I'd also very much recommend getting a good pumping bra right away. I got this one and it was life changing. To get my production up for two babies I had to feed each one and then pump after every feeding. This made it possible to relax a little and play with my phone and have my hands free during all that pumping time instead of worrying about keeping the flanges perfectly positioned. I wish I had brought it to the hospital with me! Pumping still wasn't fun but it went from being something where I felt utterly trapped to being able to have a little bit of me time.
