Ok I think I get it now. I had to look at my Xbox 360 controller for PC.
So the right side should be a male Xbox side and that's going to the wheel but something with pear shaped and the L plastic piece broke off. Not gonna lie, part me wants to ask how you managed that, but never mind.
So here's the thing, you can't just replace that easily. Here's what you can try. Buy this Xbox 360 controller cable replacement (if you can't use that Amazon, then the blue text is what I Googled so give it a shot for you). Open the wheel base and hope it uses the same JST (the white part) in there wheel. If not then you better be good at soldiering. The strain relief (the black bit near the white connector) might be an issue too.
A word of warning. For now I'll pretend the white connector using be used in the wheel. There a socket that the cable plugs into that is soldiered to the board, DO NOT pull on that.
