My absolute favorite tool for various cooking tasks are my Joseph Joseph multi-purpose uni-tools. I use them for turning things in skillets, stirring or pushing or scrambling, sometimes as a slotted spoon, and there is a bowl/pot scraping function and rough edge feature, too, though I rarely use the latter two features. They're made of nylon, according to the manufacturer and heat resistant to 480 F (240 C). They look kind of nice, but it's more a matter of being useful than cuteness, in my view. I have two. One is a dark gray nylon with green silicon scraper end, and another that's dark red with yellow scraper end.

I would likely cry if someone stole them and they ever became unavailable.

I think those little spatula things you pictured are more Barbie tools than useful.
