You'll probably have to look at the non-Prime vendors and find a vendor close-ish to where you live to reduce the shipping cost, since these are heavy items. But these are the dumbbells I have at my home personally.
I got 2 sets for about $150, that way I have enough weight to max out and I also have the option of divvying the weight up between multiple bars if I want to use them for lunges or some other exercise where I actually need 2. With the stock plates the dumbbells only go up to 45 pounds max. Good enough for me as I just recently went from doing 30s for normal reps to 35s (45 would be my absolute max) but idk what kind of weight your normal reps are.
Those are the most expensive item I mentioned too just FYI.
You'd be surprised how many rowing machines there are for under $100. You do get what you pay for though. My rowing machine only lasts for 5 - 10 minutes before it needs a cool-down period but 5 minutes of rowing is pretty intense already. It's basically just a bike pump with a foot rest, a seat, and a dial, so I can just throw it in the closet when I'm done with it.
If you don't have a space its not really an option but my standing punching bag was only like $90 and its definitely functional. Rocks/sand not included.
