If you're flexible about your connection method, I think it is possible to get all of this data via an Accurite 5n1 and an RTL-SDR. Check out this blog post , and I think this station has what you need, and should work with this sdr , which will set you back a little north of $100 all told assuming you have access to those things. I have the components to do this setup myself, and have used the SDR to monitor some accurite temperature sensors successfully (although one was clearly miscalibrated), but haven't gotten a chance to set up and test the weather station. If you're interested, I could try to set it up some time this week/weekend and report results.
