If the board is a standard ASRock and not a custom version for Cyberpower I tend to recommend the standard Intel AX200 kit.

I upgraded mine to ax200 card. Be carful when unplug the antenna. I broke the connector and had to swap a new antenna as well.

I do!
I bought an official Intel AX200 Wireless Desktop Kit: Amazon.com: Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+) Desktop Kit, AX200, 2230, 2x2 AX+BT, vPro: Computers & Accessories
You can remove the wires from the PCIe bracket and install them directly into the cutouts for the motherboard, which I did. The antenna wires on the bracket are held by a washer and nut. I hid the extra wires inside the I/O shield after I installed the antennas in the I/O cutouts. You have to remove two screws on the back of the motherboard to remove the I/O housing (possibly two more screws that hold the I/O shield in place), after that it's straight forward.
I installed it while I was building my rig and the drivers auto-updated to work on its own after I installed the OS (but I was also connected to ethernet at the time which allowed for auto updating), I also went to Intel's website and manually downloaded the latest WiFi and bluetooth drivers for the cards. It works perfectly for me, at least as well as the AX200 on my notebook.
I don't think you need a heatsink for a Wi-Fi card, at least I didn't install one and I haven't heard of anyone else installing one. If you're worried about how it looks, don't. The Wi-Fi card sits directly behind your graphics card after you install it, so you won't be able to see it.
