Sorry type Goovis. This is the adapter that I use instead of the Nreal adapter since it does not have to be charged and only last 2-3 hours. This one you can use any power source.

If your external portable monitor needs power and video from the same USB-C cable, the only options are the Goovis or the Wacom Link Plus.
Otherwise, any of these HDMI to USB-C adapters will do.
If I understood correctly, you want to connect wirelessly to the ThinkVision M14 Portable Monitor using the Microsoft Wireless 4K Display Adapter which outputs video using a male HDMI cable and uses a male USB-A cable for its power supply.
You want an adapter that converts HDMI to USB-C DP Alt Mode and at the same time supplies power to the ThinkVision M14 Portable Monitor (so that there is only one USB-C cable connected to the ThinkVision M14 Portable Monitor) and has a female USB-A port to supply power to the Microsoft Wireless 4K Display Adapter.
This can be done with the Goovis HDMI to Type-C Adapter and a 2-port 15W or more USB charger that will supply 10W to the Goovis adapter and 5W or more to the Microsoft adapter.
